A few months ago I had my son replaced the rear pads. When he did we found the pad wear sensor on the passenger side we bought was the wrong one. So we installed the pads without the sensor. I bought the right one within a week but never found time to install it until today.

After installing the sonsor the check brake lining message was still on so was the brake light. What could I have done wrong and how to trace it?
