The relay is in the auxiliary E-box box (in your case on the passenger side) in front of the strut tower.

The relay is rarely the issue. Almost all the time the issue is not enough refrigerant in the system. Simply have the refrigerant topped off or at the very least test, or have the refrigerant charge tested.
Dollars to doughnuts it is a tad low.
