But with the Bently, it makes everything seem really easy, and a job that you could actually do at home. I had my brother to help me a long with the bently, but something like the trunk seal, theres really no way to break anything.

Your leak sounds like the seal is starting to come up around that area, your tail lights are probably fine, unless they look really dark like there is liquid in them.

Those i tihnk were pretty poorly designed with that foam gasket around them? But it makes for easy reinstall without having to replace the hole seal of goo if you ever have to get in there to do anything.

Nothing detrimental will happen to the car if you can't get the trunk to seal by yourself, if that happens, then take it somewhere and let them help you with out.

Atleast try it yourself once and see what happens. Atleast its not a clutch job. Thats fun teaching yourself how to do with only the bently to help you.
