P0014 can be caused by the failed vanos seals. You've replaced these.
Another cause of this code is a sticking vanos exhaust solenoid piston. Here's how to address this.
Remove the vanos exhaust solenoid. Use a 32mm deep socket. Cover the belts with towels and be ready to catch oil.
Under the solenoid is a red plastic spring loaded piston. Press it in and release. It will press in with resistance and spring back when released. The piston movement should be smooth. If it's not that's the problem. Take out the piston and clean it and the cylinder. Inspect the cylinder with a mirror and make sure there is no sludge in it. Oil the piston and cylinder and make sure the piston is moving smoothly in the cylinder. It has a short operating range.

A failing or aftermarket exhaust CPS might cause this code.
Wrong timing can cause this code.
