Where are you? It would take me minutes to point to the issue.
If wheels and tires are ruled out it HAS to be worn steering components or control arms.
Lift one tire just enough so that is clears and contact and the other is firmly planted on the ground.
Grasp the tire (or have a friend do this) at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and push and pull with feeling.
Under the car, while your partner continues to move the tire back and forth, look at each joint from the rod ends, arm ends, idler arm. There should be NO independent movement. This isn't a Honda or a Chevy etc. where some movement is acceptable so ANY movement is unacceptable. EVERYTHING should be moving as one and there should be little or no movement of the tire.
If everything checks out now grasp the tire at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock and push/pull with feeling. ANY movement indicates a worn wheel bearing (hub unit).
Now do the same with the other tire.
