I've found a reliable source of oil pressure / temperature adapters, which replace the oil filter lid on the E36. This lid will fit other models, but I've not done the cross-checking, and don't remember offhand.

I have been looking at the UUC oil center, the Rogue Engineering unit, as well as the Ireland Engineering units, and Ruff.

The unit I've found is black, and has two 1/8" NPT ports. I specifically have searched for this type of fitting, due to the huge variety of senders available in this size, as well as their lower cost.

Of all places, I found the source on eBay. They are $100 BIN, I've worked out $75 + shipping with Mr. Shao, and he has stated the price will go down from there depending upon the number of buyers. I'm sure there are at least a few other members out there still dragging their feet, as I was, and have not yet done this upgrade / modification.
