I was hoping someone on the group can help me figure out the best solution. My 2007 6 series was at 49k miles a month ago. I called Shelly BMW to renew the warranty repeatedly but no calls back. I managed to finally get them many weeks later but was told because I now had 51k on the car I couldnt get the BMW warranty. I called BMW NA they tell me they dont warranty cars over 50k, and Shelly says they cannot do a thing about it? I am not asking for anything for free here, just to extend my warranty and pay for it. Anyone have any idea of any recourse ? Is there a better warranty out there? Am I wrong to blame the dealer for not calling me back in time? Advice would be appreciated.
