I'm sorry I've been out of town.
You have water in your fuel. Add 20l (5 gallons) and about 500ml (2 cups) of Methyl Hydrate to your fuel tank.
You need to jumper your fuel pump and let it run for about 5 minutes. Plug the relay backj in and she'll start after a couple of tries.
The alternative is to drain your battery (a booster charger or another vehicle will be required otherwise) by using the starter.
If using the later crank in a 30% cycle. IE crank for 10 seconds wait 20 and try again. It will try to go a few times, then start and stall a few times, smell horrible, then away she'll go.
