like skin pores/acne/white hairs on the chin, Ich wonders - sound is somewhat less 'rounded-full' via digital - this is bourne of the fact that digital signals are squared off whislst analog is a wave - sound reacts differently - I recall many big bands moved back to valve driven speaker stacks due to the sound being 'fuller' with waves, asa opposed to rectangles and squares.
