Hard to believe it's been 6 years since I sold my 89 ix. I'm finally back and with my (future) dream car. I picked up an 87 325ic last week and a 90 325i a week before that.

The 90 325i is being stripped to have an 87 735i's engine put in, and the 325ic will be a summer driver this year until it gets converted to a 3.5l with a turbo and wide body kit. I've always loved the E30 M3 Convertible but wanted my own power plant so I figured I'll just make my own. Ideally it will get an E23 745i's M106 in it, but we'll see how long it takes to source that so it may "just" get a 3.5l until I come across it.

I'll post pics when I can and I'll definately be back here for help and advice along the way. Until then, here's the best I have so far of the cars before I tore em apart in the garage this past week.
