Subject: Problems after vanos seals repair

I replaced the vanos seals for my daughter's 2000 328i due to cold idle rpm surge issue. First time I started the car, the rpm is only about 400 and when I press the accelerator nothing happens. Looks like the cold idle has been fixed since the idle is really smooth. The SES, EML, and the anti lock brake lights were on so I turned it off and check the fault code. I got 44 EVAP system, purge control valve circuit and 77 Motorized Thottle Valve (MDK) mechanically stuck. I cleared the codes and restarted the car. This time it idles normal about 1000 rpm and was able to rev the engine. I put it on drive and as soon as I step on the gas, the EML and the anti lock brake lights came on then eventually the SES light. The car has no power and will not run past 20 mph. I pulled my peake tool and got the same codes 44 and 77. I appreciate any advise you can give me. There was nothing wrong with the car prior to the vanos repair except for the cold idle issue.
