Hi everyone,

I need some help with this. My E38 (1998 740i) had a flat battery. When battery was replaced with new one, the navigation screen never worked and only looks white. Unlike what most people describe, my radio is fine and does not cut off (I do have DSP). The car also has TV but nothing comes on the screen. When I try to turn the control knob I can get the sound from the TV and am able to change channels. I'm also able to turn the screen off/on (difference being black or white screen!). I tried disconnecting the battery as well as removing and reinstalling the navigation computer to no avail. Please help!!
