Here's the setup...
I have the factory TV tuner, on A/V channel, which connects to an iPhone. So I can use the TVOut on the phone to play a movie or use Tomtom on the built in monitor.
But the audio from the TV tuner is mono.
If I switch to AUX audio (BM53) out then I get stereo.
So need a cable to allow watching A/V channel but while listening to Aux audio in.
I bought one from here,
but it fell through.

PS The TV tuner has already been setup to stay on.
