Subject: 2002 525i Radio Stuck on Flat Tones

This inquiry is on behalf of a family member who recently purchased an 02 525i. They apparently set the radio settings to a flat tone and can't get it back to its normal setting because there is no other option on the screen. The CD plays just fine with bass/treble but the radio is stuck on flat. Any ideas? Thanks much.
