Hello. I am in need of some assistance on the following issue. My navigation screen froze and suddenly stopped working while I was driving. About 15 minutes later it came back on and was fully functioning with iDrive but there was no sound from the speakers. The cd player was still playing (I could hear it spinning and I could skip to different tracks), but no sound at all from the speakers. Over the next few days, the nav screen would come on (again with no sound), then completely shut off and go black. Finally, the nav screen does not come on at all. The soft tone that you hear when the key is in the igintion does not sound and the nav screen does not come on. The nav dvd/cd does not eject and does not respond to any buttons that are pressed. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Nav computer issue? OEM amplifier issue? Fuse blown? Cd player dead?
