Blue yellow is reverse
Brown red is speed pulses

Use the non-averaged wheel pulse (D_AHL, D_AHR, etc) instead of TAA and the nav will be more accurate

If you look at the WDS you^ll find brown/red corresponds to the speed pulse or one of the wheels.

I retrofitted a nav into E46 today and also had the same colour wires.
I used the D_AHL wire on the instrument cluster (rear left wheel speed pulse) as my speed pulse source, because it is better than TAA.
And the blue/yellow wire for reverse light I connected to the blue/yellow wire junction box above the E46 fuse holder above the glove box. Plugged straight in :-)
