Is it the original disk or the CL disk that is stuck? I thought that the original disk had ejected.

Anyway, there are a couple processes to force the nav computer to spit-out a disk. It involves turning the car off and pushing and holding the eject button. Unfortunately, I can not remember where I saw the sequence. You may have to search the forums a bit for that, or maybe someone else will chime in.
