I would definately get a sport package if you can, it makes the car more fun to drive (I would not buy a BMW without it) and the ride is still pretty composed, not too hard or bumpy. I would have never wanted heated seats, but I have to admit on very cold days, they are nice. I've had Xenons and no Xenons, and the Xenons are definately brighter but I think ordinary lights are perfectly adequate. And finally, I've had leather and "leatherette" and to be honest, other than the smell of leather, I can't really notice too much difference between the two.
