The newer BM53 navigation radio has an Aux input. I have this radio in my car, and I use it to connect my hard-wired iPod Touch. If you installed the T505 into the Aux input, you could gain the Bluetooth audio streaming.

This wouldn't necessarily give you the integrated phone over BT, but it kind of could. You would just have to switch the radio to Aux when you want to use a speaker phone.

Also, if you upgrade to a MKIV and add the BM53 radio, you can then add BMW's OE Sirius module. I also have this in my car. It is totally integrated through the display and steering wheel controls. It is most excellent.
