Insulate attic with fiberglass rolls ($300 & 1 day), seal doors & window with small rubber strip with adhesive back ($8/ roll) to the door/ window jamb. Caulk ($5/tube)crack in structure. Add foam spray in a can to the voids in between doors, windows for add's insulation.

Of course, I replaced all windows with dual pane so I don't know if that's DIY possible on old wooden frame.
