All, this is the 3rd time I have been in, and paired my Pearl to a later model BMW and have not had the low volume issue I experience with my E38. In all three loaners, I have been able to raise the volume from the steering wheel. The only thing I can think of that these cars have in common is they have a New Gen radio. Could it be that there is something about the New Gen radio that allows for a higher volume?
