the floor clean FAR, FAR easier than when it was bare concrete. It's amazing how much dust unfinished concrete produces. And oil spills, dog pee and practically anything else just wipes off, instead of seeping into the porous concrete and staying there forever.

When I was a teenager, my aunt and uncle once visited my parents and brought their dog, which they left in the garage (with a bare concrete floor) for the duration of their stay. You can still smell the dog pee in there after all these years...
