RE: the stitching around the zipper pull, do you know if stitching is recommended around the entire zippered area or just the pull?

The reason I ask is that it seems like after time, the zipper comes loose and an upholstery expert suggested that the plastic zippers can become loose over time.

He did complement me on the quality of the aftermarket plastic rear window I picked up from ebay. He stated that the problems with the zippers coming loose happen regardless of OEM or not.
