The thermo time switch was suspect, so when I barely touched the harness to the thermo time switch, my idle calmed down. Hmmm, I thought. So I cleaned the connection and waited a day to see if I would have a hard start and it started right up! When at work, I had the hard start again, so I am thinking thermo-time switch. I'll keep at it until I have a answer for you all!



In case anyone wants to know where it is located, it is on the top water outlet housing mounted to the front of the intake. The switch is in the back of the housing and is difficult to remove as is.
