picked up a silicon throttle body boot and installed it the other day. i gave my throttle body a good cleaning while doing the swap. i noticed a diffrence in the performance right away. it only gains acouple HP but for me it smoothed out things alittle more. better idle, smoother revs, alittle more pep/umph. things like that. looks cool too. another upgrade that makes me happy.

BTW, i purchased this car 2 years ago used. at one point the car was done up real nice but then was basicly gutted and abused by the last owner. i ran into the owner that had fixed it up the first time and he told me the list of things the last owner removed. he also mentioned that at one point in it's life, before he had it, the car was a drug runner with dropout panels in the trunk and alot of "james bond" kinda stuff. you can still find alot of strange things still left like the flip down L-plate set is half there still. the last owner was also drifting with it. my point being is that the car had been abused in it's history and it's been a long hard battle to get the car back to where it is now. the car has never ran this good since i purchased it. now i'm really happy!!! now if i could just get over to my shop and put my new front seats in......
