jack the back of the car up in the air so both wheels are clear of the floor then sit infront of wheel and grab one hand at the top of the wheel and one at the bottom then pull the top or the wheel towards you in a firm sharp movement then do the same with the other hand in a rocking motion one hand then the other repeat this motion but instead hold the wheel side to side (USE AS MUCH FORCE AS YOU CAN ) and listen for any knocking sounds or any excessive movement of the wheel. then using some sort of lever bar make sure the tyre is about 2 inches from the floor plabe the bar between the tyre and the floor and lever the wheel up in the air (you dont need to go mad lift it an inch or 2 but again be firm and again listen for knocking or excessive movement also put the hand brake on whilst using the lever bar and if possible support the car either side with some axle stands so it dosent rock or fall on you. on the rear suspension there are 5 bushes each side so it can be difficult to narrow it down you may also find it usefull if someone can watch under the car while you move the wheel as they will have a clear view of any movement, you can also whip the wheels off and check all nuts and bolts are tight hope this info is usefull to u
