As far as the Group Buy, David and I traded a few e-mails this morning. I think it's safe to declare that the seller will not be delivering, and getting money back from the seller is very unlikely.

David M. (LJBimmers) thanks everyone for their support and patience, apologizes profusely, and does not wish to publicly discuss refunds or donations of the purchase price at this time. He appreciates those who offered to forgo the $70, but he and I agreed that everyone should just stand by for now, for a variety of reasons.

(Because this involves his financial situation, a private matter, I ask that anyone with questions or comments about that topic e-mail me. This is *not* something we should post on the public boards.)

He knows we appreciated his efforts even though it did not go well, and that wish him a successful recovery!
