unfortunately you'll need a repaint on these areas. A top notch outcome of any paint job is 80% dependent on the prep work. The blemishes lie beneath the clear coat in this instance. The shop that did this work did not prep well enough before laying down the paint. I also see plenty of orange peel on the periphery of the image. This is also indicative of poor preparation before painting. Wish I had better news. IMHO and experience no amount of wet sanding is going to satisfy you.
