car would be if BMW made one. Its my understanding that the car has beefed up everything -- including the engine and suspension. When I toured the factory a couple of years ago, all of the employees were drooling when the rare 4.6 came off the assembly line. Damn nice car and the price sounds ok, too, for what you're getting.

Unless you're seeking the absolute highest performance and power, the 3.0 and 4.4 models can be had for the low $30's and they look identical and drive nearly as well for most people.
