What phone do you have now?

In general, you'll need a new center armrest cradle, TCU in the trunk and, optionally, the compensator. Of course, you'll want the actual phone, too.

These items pop up on ebay fairly regularly. Otherwise, you're talking big bucks (around $1,500) at a dealer for new parts.
