I made one mistake. The 3K was the starting price, but there was an undisclosed min. price.
But there was no offer at all, so I do not know the min price.
Anyway, I think he will not get more than the 3 K, I know of some other 32 750iL cars in the same price range and they are standing there for months.
From what I have read, it is only interesting for people living in Canada or outside the US because of possible mods for the US. Cat might be different, no stomp test possible, different headlights. airbags not for knees (I have read you have them in USA(?)
Differences: interior, a 2nd aircon for the rear, 2nd alternator, 2nd battery in trunk, the cooler box, some more switches like one in the rear armrest to move the passenger seat, that is basically all. No changes in HP, L-chassis etc.
The extra price for the Highline package was about 20K $ at that time as far as I remember.
Some time ago there was someone who imported a 750i to USA. Forgot his name. Maybe you find that old posts.

I guess the car will soon be back here on auction with a lower min price. The one nice Highline with only 22K which was last year sold to Canada was standing here in the showroom for more than 2 years.
In Canada it was sold for 19.500 K Canadian $.
Last time it was here on the auction house, the min price was 13 K $, but no one offered.
