I looked on ebay.de while in europe a few months ago and kept finding part numbers that did not exist on Martin's list. I think they make some modules that are reginal such that they are optimized for the phone in that region. Thats what one of the sellers in Germany said, anyways.

I also noticed the auction you mention, but I would stay away.
