regarding your question 1, I dont think that is possible (as per so far information) though I have seen a post on same board whereby an AV is connected and full screen is displayed but that has some thing to do with the gadget installed.

There are E65/66 sold with 18"wheels in my part of the world but only 730 and they look just fine. But not sure how M parallel will look? Try them on and post pictures for opinion.
