I have BMW 730Li V6 model 2004 for Gulf

I need some technical support my car have the 100000 Km. services done, but still my car when I reduce the speed I feel some power interruption & if I stop the car it’s turn off automatically & I have to start the engine again & the engine start normally. When I take it to the garage to check this problem with the computer there is no any fault in the car & the engine working in good condition Could you advice me from what the problem will be. (When I keep the RPM in One level the RPM move little up & little down in any speed if I drove 140 km. & use the cruise control it’s still moving little up & down.)
