I am going to be installing BT in my E39 within a week or two using Martin's kit. His kit includes the "Bluetooth antenna cable" which is your second part number: 61 12 0 137 616. It's about 44 inches long.

It has one black end and one white end (each end also has a little purple plastic clip on it). The black FAKRA connector goes to the BT antenna, the white FAKRA end to the ULF. At least, that's what the instructions say.
