Where do you insert the SIM? In the phone up front and the rear one is just a passive exetension?

Also what type of GSM phone are you using? In my '04 745i I had a Motorola V60 CDMA that I replace with a BTUM module (bluetooth adaptor). Couldn't be happier! I get full control of the handset and I can dial from the pull-out keypad! I think this is better than just having a factory bluetooth equipped bimmer...
