This is a gray market car with a 3.5-liter conversion, and a close ratio (dog leg) 5-speed. The bottom end is from a 92 535 with 70k miles. The head is from an 86 535, it has been completely rebuilt and port matched to the late model intake. The motor has been completely resealed and has no leaks of any kind. It also has 19lb injectors, a cold air intake, and 86 353 electronics with a bav auto chip. Motor has about 1500 miles since installation. Clutch is an E28 M5 disk/pressure plate, with a 533 light flywheel. The rear diff is a limited slip 3.25. This e28 runs very good.
The Car is black with pearl beige interior. The body is in good shape, it has the minor dings and scratches you would except on a 21 year old car, but nothing major. Interior is very clean, seats have no rips or tears, carpets are clean, dash only has one crack, and it has a Sony cd player.
It drives very well, with bilsten touring shocks, good 235/60-14 Goodyear tires on bbs wheels, and good brakes all around.
I bought this car from chrism about 6 months ago. It is a great car, I hate to sell it, but I have to many cars and something has to go.
