I have two questions? I would appreciate some insight or somebody that has experienced my problem. I have a 2000 323I

When I turn on my air conditioner and press the button for cool air to come out of the dash vents, it comes out cool which is the middle button. But when I press either the button for cool air to come out towards your feet or come up the windshield it comes out very weak and warm eventhough I have the fan close to nearly high. What is the problem here? What do I have to change or look at? Recently I had my stereo changed but I asked the installers if they had touched anything in regards to air conditioner ducts or wiring and they said no???

Also, on my front passenger side when I am driving when I go over minor bumps or somewhat rough road I get a slight knocking on the front passenger side towards the wheel area. Also, when I make right turns coming down from a slight hill it creaks on the passenger front side towards the wheel area? What part of the suspension should I be looking at? I took my car to get this checked out and they told me that my suspension seems pretty tight they tried to move my wheel back and forth and it wasn't loose?? I need help
