This is after the Oxford Green DuPont Base Coat was applied (2 coats)

This is after 2 coats of base, 2 coats of clear and after the entire car was wetsanded by hand with 1800 wet/dry; then compounded with my Hitachi rotary buffer and wool bonnet. Then came 2 rounds with a foam pad using 3M Swirl Mark Remover, and then finally 3M Finesse-It II finishing material.



It was long, tiring but I'm happy with the results (glad it's over!) Cost me about $500-600 in supplies. The Glasurit Water-Based paint they used is ok, but I think the Dupont Chromabase is more durable.
