I traded my '98 740iL with 105k miles for a '02 745Li with 33k miles in early December of 2005. I've stopped by the dealership once to have the keys re-programed to adjust the seats automatically when the remote unlocks the car. I know it's just been 4 months. But, I had already been back to the dealership 5 times durnig the the first month of owning the '98 iL. It took me 6-8 months to get all of the "kinks" out of the '98 iL. It was an excellent car afterwards. My wife (who IS NOT a "car" person) drives the 745Li and really loves it! Judging by my experience so far with my '02 745Li, I would recomend one to anyone. You can't beat the warranty that BMW is offering on them.
