1991 318i New Noise from front end (wheel rotation) after dashboard panel lights replaced.
I had my car in to the local dealer service to replace the lights ion the dashboard. They told me they had to remove a cover from the sterring colum to access the dash consol. Now I have a new fairly loud constant noise coming from the front of the car when it's rolling along at 20 miles per hour or greater. It's not connected to the muffler. I'm wondering if the mechanics when replacing the lights in the dash could have created this noise by not putting something back correctly. Just wondering. Thanks.
