oops! I'll figure this out yet. I'm the new owner (and driver) of a beautiful 1987 635CSi euro in Diamond Black Metallic. I've always wanted a E24 ever since I first laid eyes upon them and when I stumbled upon this car at a auction, I got it. The car was recently brought over to Canada within the last two years and, from what I can see, was very well maintained. But it was not without issues. It had the common steering box mount problem and the rear self-levelling struts are leaking oil. The steering box mount was a easy fix with 1 afternoon and my MIG welder, I had it sorted out. But my question today has to do with the speedometer. It registers 10% out from actual speed. I checked it with a GPS and when the speedometer says 100Km/hr I am actually doing 90Km/hr. I am running 225/50 R16 on the rear but I don't think that's my problem. From what I can tell the SI board has been changed out and upgraded, could this be causing the error? Also, is there any way to adjust this so it shows the true speed? And how do I run the damn OBC!!!? Everythings in german! lol

Thanks, I'm sure I'll have more questions in the future.
