I am trying to replace the trim around my door windows. I have a 2000 325i and the trim is black. The 330 has a chrome trim which looks much nicer. I can order the parts from BMW for around $350., but they are not sure how to install them. They have never done it before. The top trim is just a clip, but I am wondering about the bottom trim on the windows. Do they have to take the entire door panel off to reach it. Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know how they attach? They want to charge me $700 in labor to do it. HELP!!
