some years agi I posted some pics or link when Take here in Japan had the same problem, water was dropping on his seat. He resoldered the sunroof.
First check the drains in front and rear, hoses can be clogged.
The seal never seals 100%, it is mainly to reduce win noises at higher speed, therefore there are 4 drain holes and hoses which go down on A and C-pillars.
