I took the thrust arm out with the hub, set on some wood pieces, under the tension of a ball joint separator, and struck with a ten-pound sledgehammer.. And some blow torching in between. .. Not the brightest but eventually they separated. I remember an old post saying that use the ball joint separator and push at a high force, then walk away for a coffee break. When you come back after twenty minutes you can strike and separate with much less effort.
