i have done everything in that list except fuel filter as it has good power above 3000 rpm. replaced cam position sensor with siemons and still get code. the rattling noise seems to be comming from chain a few seconds after initial startup. it used to go away till the next day. now it is so bad i dont want to start it cause it sounds like it is eating the chain. pelican has a improved chain tensioner could this be the problem ?
