and they all died way before 300k km which the ZF trannies would reach on average without problems.

Quality control may be up for GM, but it won't be a BMW anytime soon. Also the E32 may be a nice car, but the newer ones are sooo much better IMHO. Design wise the e65/e60 was a mistake if you ask me, but the F10 way makes up for that (have a drive when you get the chance! You'll know what I mean). Also I wonder what will happen to the grill of the F01 when the LCI model arrives.

As to the e32 resemblance of the Hyundai....I don't see it. The trunk lids e65 resemblance I do see. Remove the tail light section from it and it looks a lot like e65 design.
