I doubt one can be scheduled soon enough to address your situation. I spoke with another well known indy shop couple days ago. Like several other BMW specialist indy shops, the owner too is concerned about liability and is looking to their insurance company for advice. The message seems to have circulated among them to be more careful while hosting Tech Sessions. Easiest solution is if everyone that wishes to attend Tech Session joins BMWCCA membership. CCA has umbrella coverage (along w/add'l benefits) and indy shops feel less liable this way. DFW7 as a SIG does not have liability insurance and last time we took an informal survey, only 1/3 of the respondents were interested in a fee membership to cover insurance, etc.

Nino is planning to host one later this year for DFW7. He just flushed my radiator yesterday. The car ran fine for 11 hours stretch in 100 degrees temperature today.
